I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jen Hernandez. From the very beginning of our home-buying journey, Jen was there for us and made us feel like we weren’t going through this process alone. As first-time homebuyers, there were so many things we didn’t understand, and at times the process felt overwhelming. Jen was always so patient with us and took the time to explain everything clearly. She never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, and she was always there whenever we needed guidance or reassurance. What I appreciated most was how genuinely Jen cared about helping us achieve our goal of buying our first home. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, kept us informed, and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Having someone like Jen by our side made such a huge difference during such an important moment in our lives. Tonya really helped me with a tough situation. She cared about what my concerns were and was a big part in helping me make my many decisions. Her warmth helped me greatly with choosing to refinance and feeling good about doing so. I really appreciate that she took the time to have lengthy phone calls to make sure I understood the process and what each decision would look like for me. Your underwriting dept. needs to be consistent & not harass a person's employer's HR dept. Was not happy with the underwriter at all....I felt he wasn't satisfied until he received responses that He wanted to hear & not what the actual or correct answer was.The first time a couple months earlier....Everything was great! This underwriter the 2nd time around was not very pleasant or customer friendly.
