I worked with Denis on the purchase of second home in Pennsylvania, and he was the reason the deal closed cleanly. A few things set him apart. First, he knew the process end to end. He anticipated what underwriting would need and got ahead of it, which kept the file moving instead of stalling on document requests. My situation was not a standard file, and he moved on it with real urgency instead of letting it sit in a queue. He treated it with urgency from the first conversation and stayed on it until it was resolved. He also knows the industry deeply enough to explain why things happen, not just what is happening, and he did it in plain language every time I asked. He was always reachable, he followed up without being chased, and he never made a question feel like an inconvenience. Buying a house is stressful and he actively took stress off the table. If you need someone who knows this business cold and treats clients like people, Denis is who I would call.
