The loan approval and documents were guaranteed to be ready on the closing date. I received an email from Elisa Pinto at 3:17 but did not read it until after 3:40 because I was driving. The email told me I needed to gat a cashier's check for the closing to occur at 5:30 that day. My bank closes at 4:00 and the closest branch is 25 minutes away. If I had received notice earlier I could have gotten the check on time. The closing attorney agreed to follow through with signing the closing documents and allowing me to provide the cashiers check the next morning. As stated, the scheduled closing time was 5:30. After the attorney and my realtor had both made several attempts to get the documents emailed to the attorney's office I sent a text to James Torrence and then received a call from him. James had been scheduled very professional and helpful up to this point in the loan process. However, during the call he raised his voice to me and spoke to me in a condescending tone and I DO NOT appreciate that behavior or find it professional in any way. I do not deal with loans every day and documents not know all of the intricate details about the process but I in no way should be spoken to harshly or in a way that makes me feel foolish. The documents were said to be emailed two more times before they finally were sent well after 7:00. We were not finished with the closing until just a few minutes before 8:00. If there is any confusion, all times in this response are pm. Another important detail during the loan process is that Elisa Pinto asked me in three emails for information about earnest money and I explained the details about it before I was finally given instructions to go a different route to correct the issue. I do not feel as though my answers were being reviewed.

Communication Too Many People asking for information very confusing made it difficult to really understand who was doing what. Things could have been handled better especially when my husband and I were first time Homeowners not a easy situation to deal with and the experience was okay .

There were some points during the process I felt pretty out of the loop and when I tried reaching out it almost felt like I was being put off. I know part of the team was on vacation at one point, and I can understand that was preplanned and couldn't be helped but when I had a question for her, no one else could help me with what I asked until the following week when she was back. However when I needed a little extra time to figure out some paperwork on my end, I received panicked emails saying that we might not stay on schedule if I didn't work at a quicker pace.
