Kevin was the third agent on my case. He came in after I should have already closed and was not only extremely unhelpful. He was truly negligent in monitoring poorly managed processing and ignored my pleas for help until I called his boss begging for assistance. Had I not escalated my case, I’d probably still be begging for service. Had Kevin been my first agent, I probably would have selected a different company for my refi. He obstructed progress then tried to take credit for the close. Horrid

Our loan officer eventually became entirely unresponsive, failing to answer our calls during scheduled times and not replying to emails. This went on for months and we missed out on a great interest rate because he neglected to lock one in for us. We eventually went with a different company who got things done in a matter of weeks.

It was like no one had done a re-fi before....."give us this paperwork".....next day..."oh and we also need this paperwork" next day..."oh also we need this and that". Why wouldn"t you request the necessary paperwork one time...

Scott misrepresented information to me (and my RE Agent) regarding a conversation he had, or did not have. with the underwriter for my mortgage 3 to 4 weeks prior to the closing date. I discussed with Scott the closing dates for the sale of my condo and purchase of a new home, Less than 24 hours prior to closing he had the conversation with the underwriter which delayed my closing. Movers, flooring installation, cleaners were all delayed. At 65 years old I had to self move a household.

The whole process didn’t go smoothly from start to end. Was hard getting in touch with anyone throughout the process. Nothing was organized. I was told one thing & ended with another. I’m having to pay for a higher insurance because they claimed that they haven’t heard anything back from the HOA & they told me that only once & that’s on the day of closing so they made me change my insurance causing my monthly payments way above what was stated. I tried reaching out after closing & no response!

Communication with the office was not very good. I had to do most of the follow-up, there is no transparency. Loan officers should work with the buyers and communication is key.

Total nightmare Told closing in less than 60 days took over 95. Told could use appraisal we had then told we couldn’t. Appraisal report has at least 10 mistakes, no partial refund no one sent to redo the report. Supposed to be a higher loan amount because appraisal has property listed as 1 unit instead of 2 had to take a much lower loan. Phone calls and emails not returned in a decent time or not at all. Every hoop we jumped through there was one more and then one more and still one more.
