Communication was terrible and almost non-existent. Very difficult to get a hold of him. Took a very long time to lock in the rate. This process has definitely discouraged me from doing a refinance online next time.

There was a lack of communication between the closing agent and Marcell. He would tell me one thing, the closing agent would tell me something totally different. In the end, neither was correct. I was “cleared to close” for 4 weeks before they finally got things together. I was advised not to pay my mortgage with my current lender (this was a refi) and then ended up with late fees and a negative mark on my credit report because of his advice. Not enough room to tell all, but cost me $8000 too

Called Loyd to look into a loan refinance. He worked quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, the the numbers he came back to me with did not offer great savings. When I said--not angry or upset, just assessing the offer out loud, "that does not seem to represent much savings" Loyd responded with "well, your credit scores are poor at best." Not, "I understand, but those are the best numbers we can do." If you want to be insulted if the numbers are not great. Go ahead and contact Loyd
