We reached out to Nick several times, he would always forget to respond to us. He did not always know how to answer our questions, and when we did get answers, vital details were left out of those answers that we should have been informed of. It took a total of 3 months to complete the entire process, it didn't even take 3 weeks to buy the home originally. We were very displeased in the communication we received from him.

1. It seemed Ty (assuming good intent) wanted to offer me a product he thought would be best for me versus what i qualified for. 2. It seemed he made errors that caused some confusion between him and I and jeopardized my closing. The added stress felt overwhelming 3. I closed and all worked out in the end. Getting to the close in the final hours was extremely intense and cost me more than i anticipated in time, wage, and the coordination of my day

My experience was off to a great start, however, once my loan was approved, I feel like the loan officer, Mr. Carpenter, didn't hold me as a priority. For example, I noticed that there were some discrepancies in the loan details when I reviewed it to sign with the notary. I called and left a voicemail on a Saturday, asking Mr. Carpenter to please call me back. The funds I took out on the loan deposited to my account the next Friday but I never got a call back to address my concerns. Unfortunate.

Communication was minimal, at best, during the process. It was better at the beginning, and then we felt just left hanging. The documents needing submitted felt overly invasive, and the submission process was clunky and had to be done multiple times. Ultimately everything worked out, but we would not likely use this service in the future

I didn't really speak with Aris but twice duting this whole process. She never responded to my phone messages/text. I dealt mainly with her assistant that was always responsive. Melissa is the one who answered all my questiobs and let me know what was going on.
