We received emails from numerous people. It was hard to keep track of who we were supposed to send things to. Some of our paperwork was overlooked, and we had to scramble at the end to come up with a required document, which we thought had been taken care of weeks before.

I felt like communication was lacking. I had asked to be notified via text message when an important email was sent. That never happened. I had to teach it for updates too. I really like Becky, but I would ask. It to deal with Shari if there is a next time.

I appreciate that the whole team was working hard to get my loan approved as quickly as possible, but there were times when they expected me to provide them info and paperwork on demand and got short with me when I could not comply. They relied on email communication only and did not give me the courtesy of a phone call when there was a short suspense on anything. Overall, they were good but I do not feel they believed I was the customer and it sometimes felt like I was working for them.

After the beginning of the process, almost all communication was via email, which sometimes isn’t great for explaining complex loan documents. Also documents requiring review and signature were posted with very little explanation regarding what they were. Often weeks would go by without updates. I have done refinances before and they were much simpler and faster and the communication was frequent and with detailed explanations regarding what documents need to be signed and why.

Things were fine until it closing on my home approached. Suddenly, communication became non-existent and so many issues popped up out of nowhere that should have been addressed weeks or months before. I constantly had to call and email Mr. Christman and his processor to make sure anything got done. My closing was incredibly stressful and poorly managed. I'm really disappointed in the service I received.
