The communication on how to make the balance due at closing was lacking as the neither Megan or Hannah new what the process would be and I could not get a hold of the loan closing process prior to closing. The premliminary closing docment stated I needed a cashier check in the multiple pages but no instructions on how to deliver teh check and then the documents brought to be sign at closing indicated the balance due should be wired. The Notary when he call said he could fedx the check with the sign documents. I think you need to have a better method for explaining how the funds due needed to be delivered.

Jason and Snady were great!! Debra was very responsvie as well. The proces was easy prior to the closing attorney drama. However, that was not anyone's fault on the NAF team.
