You can get a mortgage or HELOC anywhere, but the service you get makes the difference. Kim always goes above and beyond with her service. I can call, text or email any time with any questions and she's right there. I remember her driving but needing to do something/check on something for me and she pulled over and took care of it. Literally stopped and took care of the issue immediately. That is above and beyond and that is what sets Kim apart from others
