I highly recommend Rosalina Peña. She help me to get me and my family very first home. We tried to work with others to get our home, but they couldn’t never explain the details, and it was scary so we would back out. When we met her she was so knowledgeable and very detailed, patient, that I knew I made the right decision. With Rosalina it felt like family.

Allie and her team were excellent to work with. They communicated well, finalized the package ahead of time and when it came time to review the package, while the borrowers were sitting at the closing table waiting, it took her team about 10 minutes. We had funding approval before we even finished signing the rest of the package. That doesn't happen often Kudos to Allie and her team, I highly recommend them.

After going through a bad experience with another lender and them denying the loan last minute, my realtor connected me with Laurie. She truly is my hero as she was able to come in and help me get approved through them. I don’t know what I would have done without her. As a first time home owner, it was my first time going through the process. Laurie and her team kept me informed during the entire process and made me feel at ease and knowledgeable. I am now officially a home owner for the first time in my life and I appreciate her stepping in to help after the first lender fell through.

Caleb was Fantastic! During this entire process, his communication was very timely. He kept me posted on the current position of the loan on a daily basis. He was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable to ask for clarification at any time. You're fortunate to have someone like Caleb on your staff.
