Brad was great and was very helpful, however the whole process was un-necessarily long and redundant at times. It seemed that different departments had no or very poor communication with each other and that was evident in the process towards the end. For the very high fees I paid for the loan I would have expected a better process.

Long, long process. To many changes in agents needing documents. I had to submit documents multiple times. Why isn't one submission of a document enough? Seemed there was a lack of communication. Underwriters always needing something. Frustrating
