From my point of view, my experience with Steven Kelly at New American Funding was really great. He made the entire loan process feel much easier and less stressful than I expected. Whenever I had questions, Steven took the time to explain everything to me and break it down into details so I could actually understand what was going on. I also really appreciated how quickly he communicated with me. I’ve dealt with other loan companies before where I had trouble getting responses or felt like I was left waiting and wondering what was happening. I never felt that way with Steven. He kept me informed and was always willing to answer my questions. I am very satisfied with my experience with New American Funding, and I especially want to recognize Steven for the way he handled my loan. He was professional, helpful, patient, and made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I truly believe Steven deserves recognition for the job he does, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with a loan.
