THIS PLACE IS AWSOME ! I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT SCOTT OR AMBER I HAVE OWNED 5 PROPERTIES IN MY LIFE TIME AND NEVER HAS ANY OF THEM BEEN SO EASY TO GET THREW THE PROCESS. OR FAST. AND GAVE ME UPDATES EVERY TIME.SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WONDER WHAT THE STATIS WAS.I NEVER HAD TO ASK. I WISH I KNEW ABOUT AMERICAN FUNDING WHEN I BOUGHT ,SOLD, OR REFINANCED THE OTHER PROPERTIES. I HAD ABSOLUTLY NO STRESS WITH AMERICAN FUNDING AND SCOTT AND AMBER ARE AN ASSET TO THIS CO. IF THERE COULD BE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT. I WILL CONTACT THEM IN THE FUTURE. PEGGY W.
