Kim did a great job communicating with us on the process and pertinent details. We really appreciated her hard work to help us with our home purchase and the situations that arose. She really did go above and beyond. Unfortunately, things didn't go so well after things were passed on from Kim to the loan processors. Our original loan processor did not communicate things to us in a timely manner and then either quit or was fired a couple weeks out from our closing date. The second loan processor did not seem very experienced with our purchase situation and that created a lot of issues and unnecessary stress by requesting a lot of the information that we had already provided to the company, back and forth correspondence with our frustrated insurance agent, requests and costs for additional certifications that weren't necessary and also a delay in our closing date. It was an uphill battle with seemingly unending requests for uncommunicated random requirements. It would have been nice to have completed our loan without all of the delays and last minute headaches. I can say that Kim was there for us through all of the problems we had at the end. She stepped in and took care of things for us that really made a difference in our lives on those difficult days and I am grateful for her help. I would say hire more people like Kim and train the loan processors better to help support people like her so that she doesn't have to bend over backwards to make happy customers. We are grateful for her help, if she wasn't helping us, we might have started all over with a new lender. Thank you Kim, I wish you all the best in the world and thank you for everything that you did for us!

Daniel was great. Great communication and all around a good effort on his part. Once the loan went to the processor it seemed like nothing got done until a day or two before closing and then it was a scramble. Didn’t hear from the processor until a manager was emailed and attempts to contact her.
