after everything was going through the stress level should have gone down but the lock in date was missed and could have cause the closing to fall through. i got an apology and a i hope i dont get sued for this. then last minute things that should have been taken care of 30 days prior werent which could have caused closing to fall through like notice to vacate to the tennants wasnt good enough on the actual day we should have been closing. i get he may have been new but these things made the process horrible for me and left me scrambling to make this deal go through.in the end he never talked to me or thanked me for my business leaving me feel like i was just a commission. and a sour taste in my mouth. if you wanna talk about this call me at 4144601464

Better communication between the loan officer and the home owner would be great. I called and emailed and did not get any reply for days sometimes not at all.

At first Jesse was very helpful, he helped me get pre-approved and worked very hard at that. I was having troubles with fha offers and asked if I could go conventional and was told I didn’t qualify. But in the end I did. Asked about down payment assistance programs and was told the government stopped that which was not the case since my close friends lender got it for her. . Also communication, was not great once the processor was assigned. Had a hard time getting my calls returned.
