Department s don't talk to each other. This causes a lot of stress. I am sheet getting follow up emails about signing more documents. I am sure there will be more calls and emails for missing forms. i came out of this with a higher loan, higher mortgage and put down more money. marti did her best to make me see the long term gain. Math is math. Was a good learning process for me to understand streamlining and refinancing

The day before closing I received an e-mail with an "amended" clause saying that my loan had gone $6,000.00 up...no easy to understand financial Terms...fortunately we were able to clear the air.

More communication and notification when there was paperwork I needed to complete or fees to pay like the appraisal vs receiving random emails to do so. Wasn't well informed.
