A simple re-fi took 4 months to complete. There were errors in the closing documents that caused us to have to close twice. NAF notified our insurance company of their involvement two months prior to close causing confusion and our insurance premium payment delayed up to the date of cancellation. Ryan did the best he could but his company failed him.

I have never worked with a lender that changed the CD numbers the day of closing AFTER the buyers had already signed the docs at title. Improve communication and review your numbers way before you send them to Title.

Closing was delayed by two days, because the team did not do the necessary research and verification needed. On the second day, the title company requested interest in the amount of $19.83 and this lead to another day what we would not move into our house.
