Competitive rates. When the closing ran into some delays due to COVID situation, Indy personally ensured that I wouldn't lose a good rate. He clearly communicated that he will ensure I will still have the best rate and did the needful. Closed on time and happy to work with him again in the future.

I got a great refi rate from Indy for both properties and I will give him a 5/5 for that. That been said I was refinancing for the first time and had a lot of questions since I like to get a clear understanding of every line item/ document before I proceed. There were instances where Indy's support team just assumed that I would know and understand everything they send my way and I sensed a bit of frustration when they were responding to my questions. I think that is a clear area of improvement.
