Completing our REFI was a breeze, no lengthy phone calls or in person meeting needed. We submitted all our required documents via a simple to use phone app even though there are other options I found it simple to take photos or upload digital copies of past tax returns with this method. The overall process was quick and painless allowing us to start 2021 without a Jan 1st mortgage payment and reduced future payments thereafter.
