I think if Robert had demonstrated a complete mastery of the total costs associated with the refinance vs. my old mortgage. A clear description/document explaining these differences would have been very helpful. Also, it required one of his support team members to explain these differences clearly, Robert was unable to provide sufficient detail in describing the difference.

I went to close on my new home and was told it was in fact scheduled for the following day. My realtor and the closing place had to scramble to get it corrected so I could get it done the correct day, as the moving truck was being loaded to move as I was there to close. Devin was nice when I spoke to her along the way, but I very nearly had a huge problem on closing day.

Better communication and explanation of the loan costs. Answering and returning phone calls in a timely manner is a must.

loan agents should do what they tell clients they are going to instead of going back on their word and doing something that they promised they would. Shar told us at the start cash to close would be between 7500-8000 and continued to increase. we ended up almost paying 12000$. they would wait until last minute to tell us if something was wrong or If they needed more information causing the closing day to move almost a month past 1st scheduled. we almost lost the house because of their inconsistency.

Better alignment between the folks that were giving me information. I needed to submit documentation multiple times. Information about out-of-pocket costs was wrong and items missed. Timing took way to long (over 70 days).

I have concerns about misinformation regarding my loan details. Firstly, there was an unnecessary point purchase that was never discussed. I challenged this point purchase from the very beginning but was assured over the phone that it was a mistake. Secondly, it appears that a hard credit pull was conducted, despite the promise of only a soft pull. Additionally, communication from your end has been sporadic and only initiated when it suits NAF's needs.

We have purchased/refinanced a few times over the years and have never been asked to complete so many tasks on our own. The last minute/after-the-fact changes, document requests made it stressful and unpleasant.
