Better communication, the people you subcontract need to know their business better and do it in a timely manner, better expectations set for timing. Also more thorough breakdown at the onset of cost that will be incurred for closing. Matthew was very nice and helpful but many issues and postpone ment and we were left out of loop For example the appraiser not knowing what an equipment at the house was and not asking for a week etc

Actual Customer service. Following up on emails. Not having the customer have to do all the leg work. The most unpleasant refinance process.

Our loan was defunded because of a mistake on your end. We didn’t hear from Floyd after he passed us off to Holly and when she notified us of your mistake she used a winky face emoji in her message which just felt very dismissive of the situation. Then, when we went to sign our paperwork for the second time (an 1 1/2 hour round trip for us) the paperwork was incorrect and reflected fees that we were told would be taken care of. The signing had to be delayed while we and the notary tried to get someone on the phone so we could move forward. The title company finally gave us the go ahead to move forward with the paperwork after about 30 minutes of phone calls. Our initial experience was good, but once the loan was defunded everything went off the rails.

It would have a been a better experience if the loan officers and underwriting team had better communication and customer service skills. I was told that I would be closing on a particular day by the loan officers and I went to the title company only to sit and wait for over an hour and be told that we were still waiting for documents to be sent over from New American Funding. Myself and my Agent reached out to several members of the team and not one person responded back to us until the next day after I wrote an email wanting to have the contact information of a manager/supervisor. The request of me speaking to a Manager/Supervisor was totally ignored and no one ever gave me any contact information. So I wasted time at a closing that didn't happen on the day your team told me it would happen. The total disregard for my time has left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.

Since the beginning I sent the condo budget showing no reserves. Lender takes more than 3 weeks to unrest and that there are no reserves and the buyer were affected with more down payment.

Initial information and service was great. During initial research and info gathering we felt our questions were answered promptly and received good advice. However, after this initial step was complete we have felt left on our own. No direction on what to do, who to contact and our questions have been left unanswered. To be honest we feel that once we signed that was all anyone cared about.
