Communication with Maria was challenging. It never felt like we were on the same page. I understand she is busy (we all are). She would not send us a confirmation if what we provided to her was acceptable or if there was still information outstanding. Because of this, we would get caught off guard with new requests, and we had to send multiple emails to get her to answer our questions. Cynthia stepped in to support us a few days before closing which was appreciated. It seems there could be better alignment across the teams, seemed a little disjointed.
