lenders should be sure to include estimates of prepaid items in determining transaction (closing) costs; this was not done and almost caused the closing to blow up.

As a real estate professional, I'm aware most transactions have issues to resolve along the way. The most important trait a loan officer can have is communication. Ryan was always responsive in getting answers to questions or accommodating in schedule to get documents delivered. He worked through several 'bumps' along the road to closing and kept us informed. My experience with Ryan was Great !
