Pour or no communication to questions I had delays of a week to answer questions creates more problems than it solves. Answer emails and calls more timely some questions took asking 2 or 3 times to get an answer.

I’m not sure how the communication could be so misunderstood, but if I’m communicating that we need to make a change two weeks before closing and it’s ignored until the final moment and I have to involve a supervisor, then something is broken. I felt pushed into a transaction that wasn’t explained to me

Better organization and communication as a whole. We felt there were too many hands in the pot reaching out for our information that made us feel very uncomfortable. Especially after we uploaded our information to a hub that these people were supposed to pull from.

Buyer was not fully approved and funds were not verified. Deal almost fell apart . Part the buyers fault however in the beginning I raised my concern that the buyer was not ready and was told otherwise.

The loan process was good. The communication with me could be much improved. Returning phone calls and answering emails was almost nonexistent. I had to get info second hand from the buyer or the title company for just things.
