Brenda taking over and getting things done they was they were promised, after Anita dropped the ball. She failed to respond, failed to keep me informed, told me not to pay a month, cost me $500.00 in fees to pull money in the 11th hour to keep refi alive. This loan was stated to take 60 days it took 5 months due to constant screw ups and lack of communication. Had it not been for David and Brenda stepping in it wouldn’t have gotten done. That’s why not all 5’s in stars.
