The process was longer than expected and the miscommunication on Garcia part was in my opinion why this took so long . I like transparency and I feel I did not receive that. I do want to give a shout out to his assistant Adriana! her approach was always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to make this process less stressful.

Better communication. Numerous calls and emails from me was straight up ignored until I called the general number and asked someone to get Manny or Latoiya. It was extremely frustrating and I will never recommend NAF to anyone.

From the point I first contacted NAF, I had four or five different agents serve me. First Mohommed, then he went off on vaca.. then another guy and another guy... seems you people have issues with employee retention or someghing.. very un organized... an hour after closing my loan, i get another call from another agent saying he just got my file and wanted to schedule a time for me to close. WTF people, you had me worried my check would cash. Get your s*** together, you're really luckly you kept me through this process....

Financing for 30 years credit card debt is insanity. I have paid my credit cards for years and the lender simply wanted to increase the principle of my mortgage to adjust the amount of loan costs and their profit. I CANNOT recommend this unethical practice or this lender/broker! !!!!

The incompetence we experienced was extraordinary. I felt manipulated over and over as delays mounted and more fees were collected from us. If interest rates had not started to climb I would have walked away from this. It was terrible and very unprofessionally handled.

She almost lost this deal numerous times because of her lack of communication. Both myself and the listing agent said at one point that this is the worst lender and transaction we have dealt with. It was almost impossible to work through this. I asked her countless times for her supervisor and she blew me off numerous times. I will be we work with your company again and will advise everyone I know to stay clear.
