I would've selected good but that wasn't an option. My only real issue was the last minute request for more pay stubs, and by last minute I mean a day or two before closing. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

We were very pleased with the timely feedback and reminders sent. It was confusing at times when other people would send us emails without ever speaking to them or knowing exactly who they were. You share a lot of personal information so it’s nice to deal with one person throughout the experience.

The process was painless for us. If you submit every paper the loan requires, it will be okay. I just wish Steve was available for us every time I called. We saw him twice. However, he has some wonderful team. I would have like just a little more communication with him, besides that, everything was great!!!

This was a day my husband and I seen impossible. Chris contacted us just to let us know that the interest rates were low at this time. We tried to see if we could get approved, to our surprise we were approved. After that we went through the loan process, Chris made the process very easy for us, answering all of my crazy questions. Buying a home really is a stressful process, Chris did whatever he could to make it as easy as possible for my husband and I. Thank you Chris and NAF.
