Eddie was great from day one. It was hard for me to get a loan do to my credit and income. But we kept trying different ways to get approved and after working together for about 3 to 4 month. We were able to get a house instead of a condo that we were originally going for. So if your heading towards purchasing a new property take Eddie's advice and folllow all the steps that he recommends after all this is all he does. And his experience will guide you towards your dream home.

The team was really good and prompt with interactions. Whether there was a request for more information or if getting back to me with a response, each person involved with me was very responsive. Made the process pretty easy for me. Only frustration or concern was one of the disclosure agreements included a doubling of one of my expected fees, which had I not carefully reviewed, could have resulted in an over financing of approximately $5500.

There's no option to just say "GOOD experience" so I'm saying that's what it was. Cheryl really made things happen during crunch time for me to close on my first home. I'm not saying "great" because I feel the amount of last minute documents and effort could've been avoided much sooner than the last two days before closing. In the end, she really helped me out and supported me through the final process!
