Given my credit score of 820 and zero debit ratio. I strongly believe interest rate of loan financing could have been lower with an above average credit score!!! In my opinion loan rate provided reflected an average market rate of a person with credit score 720. However, given time constraints I was place in position to take rate given. I also thought some communication was not precise with Kevin fox! (I was advised to call back on a particular day. )When I returned call at 6:00 p.m., I was advised it was to late and I would need to start process over with an increased interest rate. Kevin did not did not provide a time to call back just a day. Having explained why call was made at 6:00 no consideration of error in communication to extend initial interest rate offered. Yet I will say Tiffany Montalvo, loan processor made my experience smother in providing effective communication, timely processing and professionalism. Thank you Tiffany you are remarkable!! In the end of process Cat Krusmick rose to the occasion after challenges of timely responses to return calls. Thank you Cat for getting me to a pleasant end of getting my home. When we know better we can expect to do better. Thank you for the opportunity to express my experience. Ms. Carla Eubanks
