Working with Kyle was fine. The problem stems from disorganization and miscommunication within the company. My loan ultimately cost thousands more than anticipated due to exorbitant fees charged daily to keep a rate lock. The rate lock deadline was set by your company, and it was ultimately your company that was the primary reason we were able to close on time, yet I was charged rate lock fees, as well as extended rental fees. During the initial call with a loan officer (not Kyle), I was given false and misleading information about the buyers acceptance program. By the time I recognized that I had been misled, I was already locked in and under time constraints, so felt my only option was to continue forward with the loan.

It was our first house and was constant up and down not finding everything out right away. Felt like it would have been better if this was our second or third home as we would have been aware of more things going on

The ratings are low because it asks about Tania. I spoke to her the first day and she said she would call me back. After that I received a call from Denise, who was great through the whole process, but never spoke to Tania again. I would rate Denise 5 stars and recommend her in a heart beat.

Has nothing to do with Celina. The rest of the team had the WORST correspondence with me. This should have been a really easy process for the most part, due to the fact that YOUR company has been the ONLY lender I have had in the short time I have owned this property. Yet it was I that had to initiate any and all correspondence. Very disappointed. If I ever refi again it will NOT be with your company. And NO I will NEVER refer anyone to your company. You want more details of the let down in service, Celina will be able to get answer thise questions and send you the email strings.
