Eric is attentive and communicates well. The only detractor i can say i had was some incorrect numbers on the pre closing documents and a couple of mistakes as far as wrong debtor accounts being paid off. also, it is odd to have been given actual paper checks for us to mail out in the digital age we live in. But not sure Eric can help that as that is the way NAF may just want it done.

Jonathan made the experience throughout the long process easy. Gina‘s communication was fabulous however within the last two weeks she made it extremely stressful. By asking for documents that should have been asked for weeks in advance and that level of stress when you are trying to close on a house with normal every day stress Made things three times harder than it should be . So my recommendation would be please have your processors look at things in advance, get documents ready in advance so that there are no glitches hiccups. Whatever you wanna call them the last week or two weeks before you’re supposed to close me having to scramble as I’m leaving for closing was a da** nightmare.
