I was disappointed that after review from CHFA when my loan amounts needed to change that no one took the time to call it out and explain it to me. All documents sent to me for electronic signature were asked in a rush and so I did not have the time or expertise to realize this was changing my overall loan amount and therefore my monthly payments. It was not until I showed up at the lawyer's office for closing that I realized the change and was not happy it had not been explained to me. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions while trying to obtain my business, but once the ball was rolling, there was a lack of communication and explanation. Being a first time home buyer, this was frustrating.

The whole process took an exorbitant amount of time. Delay in communications and miscommunications between Loan Consultant, Loan Processor, and the Home builder. Closing delayed multiple times by last minute request for documentation and or third party verification. Based on all this I have concerns about the servicing of this mortgage going forward.

Communication was poor and it seemed this file was attended to at the last minute. It became delay after delay and we were concerned it was going to close at all. I feel it should have been handled with more communication. I had to get the Lender and attorney on the phone together as there was some miscommunication on what was needed to finalize the CD and final numbers for closing. Thank you for sending this survey as I always feel it is important to know where the successes and failures are to better any company, including my own.

Messages received were not replied to in a timely manner. To many processing delays. We had to sign the same forms over and over again causing needless delay And our interest rate to increase. Attention to simple details such as making sure emails were correct. Very poor business practices.
