It went real well in the beginning, communication was quick. Toward the middle communication and slower and time estimates were off. At the end things were quick again to complete before the end of the year. The job got done.

Scott did a great job in setting up and initiating the loan(s). The final processing and was very frustrating. Scott stayed very involved throughout the process. Both loans closed 10+ days late causing havoc on everyone’s schedule. Underwriting waits until 2-3 days prior to the closing date, information required for this process now delays closing. Submission to underwriting needs to happen 7-10 days prior to the closing date if you are serious about providing great customer service.

This was a very difficult and long process to get the deal closed and involved two different deals after the first deal fell through after waiting three months. Scott was very helpful and was very patient based on the amount of time it took to finally get to close.
