There was an extreme lack of communication between the lender, title company, and realtors during the 4 to 5 week transaction. We got to the closing table and the lender never let the buyers know who needed to be present in order to close and so the realtor spent hours on the road, running documents to parties that weren’t at the title company for closing. The lender also didn’t stick to the contract dates for closing and therefore the seller wanted to charge the buyers for the Mobile Notary services that were needed for not closing on time. We were still at the title company at 7 o’clock at night (Eastern time) when we had gotten there at 2:30pm to close. This was not a pleasant experience for anyone unfortunately.

There was rarely any communication in the end. We went 3 to 4 weeks without even hearing from Michael. Gina would either give very vague updates or none at all unless we specifically asked. I'm sure they are amazing at their job I was just unfortunate to not be able to receive proper communication during the entire process.

I was disappointed in the process. The loan officer I had been working with left the company and i was assigned someone else. My closing date was mover back due to no fault of mine and chargered more for the points paydown. I also was charged more for the apprasel because they told me I needed to have a rush on it so that I could close on the origional closing date. Due to the team I was assigned this loan cost me several thousand dollars more than it should have. I would not recemend this team to anyone looking for a loan.

Process was very confusing. Too much information thrown at us simultaneously Terminology used is that used by industry professionals, not homeowners. (Which created additional confusion). Incorrect phone numbers and emails addresses created more confusion. Additional costs ie… mortgage payoff amount, were identified late in the process. This made the value of the refinance less attractive. Mike realized our frustration and tried to simplify.

Numbers were wrong multiple times She was hard to get ahold of not only by us but also the title company and realtor She seemed confused at times Her support partner, Jem, was horrible!
