Joanna did fine however her support team dropped the ball on multiple occasions. Communications from her support team were very confusing and contradictory. As a result, I nearly cancelled the whole transaction. If you are going to build a business model based on electronic communications, you had better get on the same page and communicate with the loan processor who has the best idea of what your clients objectives are. I can't tell you how many times the processor botched the Cost to Sell

I never received a call even after asking repeatedly for a cal to clarify the cost of my loan. This felt like a bait and fish transaction. Told coat would be under $2500 and they ended up being twice that amount. I was told that a rate of 3.125 would not charge points and ended up paying $1,694 in points cost. I only proceeded because of the time invested in the transaction and a immediate need to reduce my Monthly mortgage payment. Customer Service was subpar

it was average which is what i would expect, why would your service be memorable. this was just a house purchase so don't make it out to be something its not. i would use missy again is i was to buy another house in this area.

Communication between Mike and his support team early on would have been greatly appreciated..There was a lack of communication between buyer and lender. Promises of closing were repeatedly delayed. Mike has always been a great loan officer, so I can only assume he lacked support from his team.
