Unfortunately, I had a stressful experience when working with this bank. The lack of management skills to inform upfront dates and send documents made me lose time and work hours. In addition, they changed the rate and down payment values during the time I was already in contract and was not able to change the loan company. It got me worried about ethical behavior and transparency during the sales process.

I felt like I was taken care off by alma up until she went on vacation without any warning. Her team did not communicate very well after she left. I was contacted once week to sign something on Friday right around the end of office hours by Aimee so I could not contact anyone for questions until next Monday and On Monday she didn't even answer her email till a few days after if she answered at all. Everything was perfect up until alma left for vacation and that is unacceptable.

Great team but weird system. I was told different things for my home loan each time I spoke to someone which caused a lot of confusion and stress.

This place is TERRIBLE! Jim Steel sabotaged my home purchase. He stated that I did not qualify for the loan (despite prequalifying me weeks prior for a higher price) but refused to state why. Also it took three weeks after the closing date for him to notify me that I was not qualified. During that three weeks the deal was kept in limbo with everyone (realtors, title companies, ect) desperately trying to communicate with him to no avail. After switching mortgage companies Jim Steel of Marketplace Home Mortgage further ruined the purchase by refusing to either release the loan information to the new lender nor reimburse me personally for the money I paid to him for a job he refused to do. I've experienced better customer service from Comcast for crying out loud!

Very disappointed in the service overall, they’re very disorganized to the point I had to resubmit documentation multiple times. At the closing I wasn’t told Certain documentation was needed and resulted in loan getting defunded a week after closing. I had to overnight documents and resign addition documents after closing already happened. This was a really bad experience they’re disorganization and miss communication was horrible.

We wanted to view a property but the realtor required that we were preapproved prior to looking at the property. They gave our information to this company and they called numerous times and emailed as well. If we didn’t contact you back we were never interested. When I spoke with Stephanie she flat out said don’t contact a realtor if you not preapproved, you can’t even look at a property. First of all I did not reach out to the realtor they contacted me when I inquired about the property on Zillow. All of this because we were interested in the home next to our grandparents home. Based on the online reviews this company is shaky.
