Very helpful and explained everything about the process very clearly. There were some points where I wasn't sure how long things would take which made it a bit tough to plan around blocking out time to sign forms or track down information, but otherwise very positive.

The first person assigned to work on my application did not contact for weeks. Chris Choi was able to honor the original agreement. Several additional mistakes on how the loan application was handled led to additional delays in the process. Overall, happy but the organization definitely can improve the process.
