Communication during the funding process broke down. It appeared no one in the process from processing to funding could determine exactly when my funding check would be received, or the method of mailing. Although not Christines' fault, it was determined someone at the funding desk chose for my funding method would be via Cashiers Check. I was not given the option to fund via wire transfer which would have made the process much less stressful.

Michael waa on top of his game and had everything done in a timely manner. Kim is great with communicating and getting everything taken care of and above and beyond on getting my loan taken care of. I can honestly say NAF and there team worked well together for such a complicated loan and I am happy with the overall experience NAF provided.
