It would have been nice if I received a congratulations phone call from Jared or a call saying anything at all when my loan closed. From the night we signed our final documents I never heard from Jared again and still haven't. Pretty bad customer service after working with him for 4 months on my very difficult refi. Linda was amazing and so reasurring.

The process took months longer than promised. I turned down other loans in favor of this one costing me in the $2,000-to-$3,000 range. I recognize most of the culpability lies with others, and Mike attempted to compensate by having others absorb lender fees, but the time and cost of taking NAF's loan left me nonplussed.

Bertha's costumer service was fine, but the lack of commumication throighout the process, is what I do not appreciate. It would have been nice to know where we were at, than not knowing and just be wondering if we had qualified for the loan or not. Also, when emailing, calling of texting, she could easily take 2 or 3 days, if not more, to reply. Besides the communication issue, she was very nice in person.

My dealings with Misty Payne were unsatisfactory. She kept asking for the same information over and over. She did not follow through, even when she promised to do something. When there were issues with Union Bank she did not try to find out what the problem was - which was a communication that had nothing to do with my loan. When Heather took control, the problem was solved within a very short time but I think she should have kept a closer eye on Misty from the get go.
