Communication is the key to everything and we had a very lack of communication from our loaner/office. Hope they would improve their skills with communications because that’s all what its based on mostly. When needed we couldnt reach them and we had to wait way too long but overall nice people to work with. Keep up the good work and please get better with your communication skills. Thanks

Lack of communication and direction given, just documents sent and instructed to sign. When questions were asked, answers were as if I should know the answer. Customer service is not a strong point of this company.

We were told we would be able to have an entirely different loan from the one we wound up with. We were told we had provided everything necessary multiple times, and then additional information was required over and over again. Closing date was moved multiple times. Thus survey request didn’t even have my name right. The closer was confused about the money we were told we’d get back at closing. We were told to bring $169,000.00 to closing. We had already provided it (a week earlier.)

There was very inconsistent emails and coordination through out the process. We would go week with no updates. The process also took over 6 weeks to complete, which is much slower than we have experienced in the past.

Cody is a great guy and the beginning process was very positive. The challenges were - Mapping out the plan earlier with details. Locking an interest rate before it rose a point. It was a challenge because there were lots of moving parts and at the end it felt stressful and unclear or disorganized at times.

Mr. Wilson was terrific; he was not the problem. Mr. Wilson was attentive, highly responsive and made every effort to attend to my loan application. The individual managing my application, Chandler Bundy, appeared to be inexperienced, in over his head, inattentive, uncaring, lacking in the necessary skills to work with an educated consumer, unaware of the manner in which his requests were perceived and overall did not appear to be paying attention to my application.
