Total time frame to complete my refinance was very lengthy and drawn out. Took me calling and hounding my loan processor almost daily to make sure my file got attention. If I had not followed up constantly this may never have closed as I was forever making phone calls and providing more information.

The first time the communication was great but this time it seemed to be lacking a bit when it came to closing. I was not notified that I need a certified check over 1500. And who to make the check out to. Overall it was an ok experience

I felt like the loan process was too long, 3 months to be exact. And because the loan process was so long, I had to send paperwork repeatedly throughout the process. My dissatisfaction is mostly from the length of the process.

Being a first time home buyer I feel that’s things could have been explained more thoroughly. Towards the end when time was of the essence things fell through the cracks which delayed our closing and caused inconvenience by having to move out of our current residence without having a place to stay. Overall it was an okay experience.

This is my 3rd loan with NAF. The first two were absolutely amazing. This one was extremely disappointing. It took extremely long, there was an apparent break down in communication, there were ridiculous requirements being I am a current customer and NAF held the loan that I Refinanced. There were weeks where nothing was happening. It took me threatening to go to another lender to get my loan closed. Even then, there was a fee for an extension.

It was sometimes difficult to get ahold of her and get answers, and there were a lot of people talking to me during the loan process. I’m not sure if it’s because everyone was really busy, but it felt a little disorganized.
