I was informed that based on my income I would be able to participate in the down payment assistance program. However due to an oversight that was not the case. Instead of having a credit going into closing I ended up having to pay almost $2k. Luckily we had the money but if Pam would have taken more time to investigate the numbers that oversight would not have happen.

I was initially excited to work with Pam on the purchase of my first home. However, Pam’s lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating. I did not receive my final cost breakdown until my closing meeting. My expected closing date was moved several times including in one instance 30 min before closing meeting because Pam did not have her end of things handled. I lost money in storage and hotel fees. Finally Pam was EXTREMELY rude to me. Would not recommend her.

Well, let me start by saying I don't believe that Scott is a bad person or anything. For the most part, he seemed ok on the phone. However, his emails are condescending and rude, when he actually replied. He would not reply to myself, my realtor, the listing agent or the broker at times. I began my journey with NAF with two others that would not return calls, which is how I ended up with Scott. I'd say that I reached out to you for follow ups more so than someone proactively reaching out to me to inform me about delays. The team felt disjointed and I felt like I was asked for the same documents multiple times.

Sarah Thorpe was very helpful, but dealing with Tina was awful. I raised concerns & asked her repeatedly about the documents being incorrect as my husband was supposed to be primary on the loan. No response. She would schedule the closing & no one would show up, no heads up & wasted our time. Changed it 4 times. Also, the originator added in closing costs into the loan though we stated repeatedly that we were paying out of pocket. Had to get the closing docs changed & it delayed closing.
