Our experience with Celina was great! Just some discrepancies with the original loan that caused us to have to pay more after the refinance instead of saving us money created more stress for us, in addition to having to pay closing costs when told we wouldn’t have to. Everything got situated but it is unfortunate that this had to happen due to previous overlooked errors.

Although we had issues with underwriting and delays/miscommunication, Kyle was very attentive and helpful.
