We closed in a record 23 days. The only negative was when we asked if it was possible to close a week early, 13th vs. 20th, Kyle checked with other departments and they said yes. The problem, even though we closed on the 13th was the other debts were not ready and we closed at 4 pm cst. Kyle did a great job ushering it through, thank him for his great help.
