Marc lacks the understanding that when working with clients via email and the phone, that the he is just a voice on the line/a stranger and having a dismissive attitude about their clients' concerns and anxiety is not conducive to a positive experience. The client is entrusting probably the largest asset they own and are signing it away and need to have the support of their lender,not to be told that their anxiety is nonsense or "getting inside their head." He actually needs to listen to those recorded line tapes he has and learn from them. He nearly lost a loan because of his attitude. He needs to assure his clients and understand that we don't conduct mortgage loans every day like he has. We actually could not care less about his 21 years as a top lender because our only concern is our loan and our experience. He dropped the ball on this one where he blame shifted to us when it was his team that didn't perform as promised. No. I don't recommend him, however, I do recommend his retraining in customer service. With 21 years experience, it looks like he's due for a refresher.

A little disappointed with the communication. It wasn't until after my closing docs that I saw the value of my home was more than anticipated. I could have gotten a larger loan amount, but no one told me. The process felt transactional vs establishing a relationship.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the communication and timeliness provided by Chris & team during the recent service they provided as a lender. As a representative of my client, I found it necessary to reach out to them on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. Effective communication and transparency are critical in any professional relationship, especially when multiple parties are involved in a transaction. It is disheartening when crucial information is not shared promptly and consistently, as it undermines the efficiency and trust necessary for a successful partnership. In order to provide the best service to my clients, I depend on reliable and responsive lending partners. Regrettably, the experience with Chris' team has left me questioning their commitment to these essential qualities. I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, as I believe that open and effective communication is the cornerstone of a successful business relationship.

We did not get timely feedback on many occasions. The team members that were left in charge of our account were not very knowledgeable. The price changed on our property and members were not even aware. Our closing was postponed because we didn't have a final disclosure, and we still didn't have a final disclosure until an hour after the time of our initial closing. We were supposed to be extremely happy on this day, not so much. If I bought a house today, I'd use another lender.

Having multiple options other than a wire transfer would simplify things. The last minute change in the closing fee also caused a hold up, being notified of the change prior too the closing meeting would have been preferable so as not to slow down the process.
