We had to submit paper work twice on several occasions. This was not necessarily Erik's fault. Communication with Erik from within your company made it hard for him to communicate with us. There were numerous requests for information with extremely little time for us to gather the information requested. Our agent was nearly beside herself as closing was postponed several times and the last closing put us in default of the purchase agreement and we could have lost the house.

I felt like things were so unorganized. Some of the paper work wasn’t correct. Certain things were asked from us SAME DAY knowing my parents were in Hawaii. We got our hopes up in having a lower mortgage. We had a lot of unpleasant surprises! The Interest rate was higher than expected. Our mortgage is way higher than what we were told in the beginning of the process! We almost had to pull out!

Jeff was extremely pushy. Constantly asking for pay stubs. I ended up giving him 4 or 5 sets of pay stubs over a 3 month period. I used to have an nmlo license so I know this isn’t necessary

I missed More communication. More calls with clear explanations instead of just text messages. Jason never called me not even to explain the biggest moves, I had to call him. Many steps were confusing, information changed everyday. He got us the mortgage and I am thankful for that, but could have been an easier process.
