She also provided timely status of the loan so there was no unnecessary worry. Edwin Miranda was extremely patient and understanding when the loan processor and the underwriter started trying to derail the process. He listened to me yell and it wasn’t even his fault. The most important part was his unwillingness to throw his team mates under the bus even though he was taking the flack. That loyalty is hard to find.

Carlos worked with me to get the best possible scenario when other banks did not explore options. There were times in which other departments did not do well at communicating about forms that were sent to me and then unsatisfactory answers. However, if I contacted Carlos he would explain or do what needed to be done to keep moving forward. There was a huge miscommunication regarding how funds would be distributed and I was not prepared to be distributing some of the funds myself,
