Clearer communication between Loan Officer and Processor. I'd email both and get a message out of office and refer any other questions to processor. Estimated time frame was always behind in setting up closing. We were approached by New American to refinance with them, was my current Mortgage Lender. Michael was helpful in the beginning and ran numbers to see how much we could save with paying off some creditors with a minimal increase in rate and payment. After that communication was slow.

Michael was not the problem, other than the fact that my initial estimate of closing costs was nowhere near what I ended up paying. Michael spent most of his time listening to me about Ms. Mary Baretto. I felt her behavior was unprofessional and rude

The process took quite a long time, I've also had several issues with misinformation from Mike. 1 saying that I would have 2 months without haveing to pay on mortgage, but then tried to reword once brouhaha up when I didnt get that option. 2 also didn't explain that I needed to update and change my autopay and new american fund took my (free) months mortgage payment. All in all I still got a good deal on the refinance.

The only person who provided outstanding service, as in responding promptly to emails with answers was Deborah Murphy. She was wonderful and I would be pleased to work with her again. Joe although nice enough, seemed rushed and at times bothered with my questions. This was my second loan with Joe and I was a bit disappointed with the service he provided this time.

Me & my wife are not pleased with the out come because we didn't want the car in valued because it's not ours we wanted all critied cards payed off we even told Druw.So we are not happy

I found the processor to be difficult to work with. I was often asked the same questions repeatedly, also for the documents I had already provided as if I were the delinquent party. While I understand I can be difficult to get a hold of, it would be easier if you weren't trying to get a hold of me for questions I've already answered and for documents I've already provided. I also found I was not always provided information I needed and had to proactively ask for information.
