The lack of communication and updates from Indy and his team left a bad taste with overall process. The rates offered was amazing but the customer experience aspect was missing overall. Reaching out to him or his team for clarifications was a one big headache and one seemed better off finding answers to questions from internet than approaching them for the same, as the responses were very blunt as if the business didn't actually matter and they were doing us a favor by giving a loan.

The process started out fine, getting a quote and initial numbers. But once that was done I did not hear anything for a long time. I was not sure of the status, and then suddenly I got an email with a closing date. I needed to change that date, which was fine. Then on the closing date, I realized I was never given the final numbers in order to get a bank check, and when I tried to communicate to get them, I got no answer or response. Not impressed.

Took an extremely long time to get an update once items were submitted. Then asked for documents that were already provided. Then asked for more documents as it had been too long for the financial information to be considered current. Emails were the company’s preferred means of communication and only way to get a call was to repeatedly call and text loan officer.

Kyle is a nice guy, but the transaction lacked the attention to detail I would’ve expected/have received in the past.

I found it rather annoying that all requests from the loan officers needed an immediate response, I.e., everything was time sensitive. However, my questions would go unanswered for days on end. I also found the online system to be very frustrating. Not user friendly.

The portal was a strength and helped with the process. After submitting what I expected to be all the documents, I had to submit more due to the length of time it took to review/approve application and an error regarding cash back. To Kevin's credit, he was able to obtain a lower rate in recognition of these misteps. I have used Kevin many times prior, and this was the first time I would have to give the process only a "good enough" rating.
