There was good communication with Amy and those on her team. There was confusion at one point about why NAF had set up insurance payments with our insurance provider without us being made aware. We understood, after the fact, that this is normal, but no one explained it to us beforehand. It caused us concern that something weird was going on when we received a call from the insurance provider notifying us of this. There were also a couple times where we had to send in the same documentation more than once because not everyone on the "team" was communicating effectively with each other. Overall though we did have a good experience and all of our questions were addressed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Everyone was always easy to reach and the process was reasonably stress-free. I already have recommended Amy to a coworker.
