Too much of the process is 'automated' and abounds with a lack of information to the use as to how to navigate that system. The prompts on the electronic application are faulty leading the applicant to enter incorrect or inappropriate information. The automated instructions for access to the automated system, were inadequate, and not very informative. Still have not received payment packet. It was probably sent to the wrong address, the address of the residence, as opposed to our mailing address

Our refinance took much longer than anticipated. Our locked interest rate in January was never initiated. We were given incorrect fee estimates, when asked about them, they were corrected. But after examining our signed closing docs we were still overcharged with this fee. After questioning, we will be getting a refund. The entire experience was nerve wracking and stressful. Humans make mistakes, that is understood. The lack of due diligence was troubling. Do better for the next customers.

Better communication between myself and Sue or between Sue and Shannon. Quicker responses and time. I've never had a refinance take 3 months to complete.

We had to check the numbers we were sent for our final closing costs multiple times because what we were told on the phone did not match what was sent to us to sign. We had to correct multiple mistakes that would have charged us an extra $5000. And closing was delayed an hour cause they were late wiring the money.

Team Dumas represented Ms. Cerinne Wingate, who is a transplant from New Jersey to Atlanta. She had to fly to Atlanta twice, get a hotel both times for a closing, because there was a mistake made on the lender's(NAFC) end of the deal. Team Dumas offered no concession for their client's inconvenience. I emailed Belinda and ask if she could at least send her a gift card, to no avail...

Multiple request from the borrower(s)for items, they could have requested, such as; changing the verbiage on insurance Dec page, or getting the Deed. The loan took over a week to fund after signing documents a week prior.
