Hector did a great job with communication. The issues I had were with the Processor to the Loan Officer. That person was not clear with expectations, would ONLY communicate with email, would not always respond to information requessts, etc. You promote the organization saying you will have On Time Closings, and that did not happen in our case. There really was no reason for the delay- and it resulted in creating some issues with the Sellers.
