Patrick was timely, encouraging and responsive to my questions and issues. Actual process was extremely frustrating with underwriters asking numerous redundant questions and making numerous errors in paperwork. We ended up having to sign papers twice and still had a third snafu. Funding occurred three days and I am still looking for my refund that occurred due to sloppy execution related to recent payment of insurance and lack of asking about a title overlap with my purchase of the property.

Andrew is knowledgeable about home financing rates, options, etc. He also is very responsive. He has really helped me with several refinances, to my advantage. My concern is, that as he gets more and more busy, of losing his personal touch and attention to his clients. But he has been very good for me so far!
