It would have been better if Corey had be aware of exactly what was expected on payment of escrow fees, personal check, wire transfer, etc.. Also, the grind of getting a good rate was exhausting. You guys caled me and made an offer you could not live up to. Overall, this re-fi has been a total downer.

Anthony was doing his best to keep me in the loop as to what was going on with my loan, but he did not always get back to me when I had a question, or would just answer one or two when I had three. His team asked for the same information over and over again. When I asked him about it, I was told it is the process. It would be nice if the underwriters communicated with one another over the information that was sent.

Better communication without my having to initiate contact throughout the process. An explanation as to why a 20 year loan was not on the table after having requested information about it twice. Have local people do the processing instead of out-of-state people. I felt disconnected throughout this whole process.

Customer service satisfaction was great. The only thing I can comment about is some of support representatives needs to be knowledgeable in their position during the process.
