Somewhere along the line, Xavier and/or Carly screwed up on my refinance paperwork. I had to get a third person involved (Carly’s boss?) before even coming close to receiving an acceptable resolution. Time will tell if everything works out. Overall, at this point in time, I wouldn’t consider using this service again, nor referring them to my friends or family

As a first time home buyer I was not knowledgeable about financing and all the other extra that came with the processing. The financing company was not communicating enough with me or my agent. The week of closing I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off, trying to the get the correct closing cost amount, the attorney address for closing. Accurate time of closing. I was so stress out by the day of closing. My home buying process was not simple and easy.

My experience with the team could have been better if there was more communication. On numerous occasions I reached out via all forms of contact provided and most of the time I did not receive a response. This left me to rely a lot on my Real Estate agent to assist with questions. Mandy was an awesome help and responsive when she was able to assist. Communication improved towards the end of the loan process. Bridget and I worked together well to get some things in motion.

When we first started to work with this team everything was going great. They were attentive and helpful. They answered our questions and made us feel like we were important to them. Once it was the week of closing on our new home, however, the team became distant, unresponsive, and all of a sudden had all these issues they had not even brought up until the last 3 days before we were to close on our home. We went through so much stress and grief that last week it was unacceptable.

During my first conversation with Christine, she stated that she was "very busy." It showed throughout the entire process. Christine rarely answers the phone, so it was hard to communicate mostly through emails and texts messages. My client was very frustrated and felt at times she was being discriminated against because of the multiple documents required from her which delayed the closing a few times. In the future, hopefully Christine will be more responsive and more articulate.

Far more communication. Things that should have been handled within a few days of the loan hitting his hands weren't handled until 2 days before closing. I would have to contact him several times before I would get a response to important things, such as it being the end of financing contingency and are we good or do we need to extend. And then he told us we had the green light on a loan and we didn't. If the sellers hadn't have chosen to be patient with us my client would have lost $3000.
