I feel like Isaac is very knowledgeable in this business. I had very friendly conversations with him every time, picks phone with a smile. He patiently explains the finer details. He gives options and lets us decide but never pushy. Overall I am happy with his service??

I really enjoyed my interaction with Sarah. Not only was she knowledgeable about the different options and got me a great rate with no out-of-pocket expenses, but she was just a cool chick. I dug her sense of humor and she made the process enjoyable. Only issue I had was a question regarding how my relationship status was listed. I emailed her but didn't get a response. Since time was of the essence, I felt like I had to approve the docs the next day in order to keep the process flowing.
