Bob promptly answered my questions even on the weekend. You can see he is deeply committed to his work. He was able to advise us on how to consolidate our debts while still being able to stick to our plan. Everyone involved in our refinance process was professional and not dragging their feet like most companies. The use of technology such as e-sign, video was very convenient and sped up the process. No need to go to an office although it would have been a pleasure to meet Bob and his assistant

I did have difficulty contacting and receiving a reply from the support staff. Therefore, I appreciated Bob checking in with me when items did come into my email when there were action items. The portals were a little confusing. The first portal for the application did not easily allow additional requests for documentation. I seem to remember 3 different portals. Thankfully, I had all my documents and the process of application was easy.

I was a bit nervous about the whole buying process but was excited about a referral to Karen. I emailed her, got an appointment on the books with her and my mother, and looked forward to connecting. Karen initially forgot our selection which scared me a bit; however, from there on out, she was super communicative with her automated emails explaining the process of the loan. Super grateful for the opportunity to work with Karen. I would 100% call her again.
