Im with this company right now I would recomend Robert Page he would do any thing for you but when it comes to some of the underwriters it seems to me that they take for ever specially Amber Montalvo she doesnt answer your phone calls and waits till the last minute to tell you whst you need to do.

It took too long. It seemed there was always one more thing, one more thing, one more think. My husband may have had a different experience; however, I am an intelligent woman who is offended by a man having to “mansplain” things to me. I have no patience for that.

Lied about how we could pay. After Kelly spoke to myself & my husband , got what she needed to process the loan. She did not help or speak with us again. Even when I have called and left countless messages. We like the customer service department but like I was stating we have basically been on our own. Now i wouldn't be upset but I was under the impression she would assist us when needed like she had stated.

Communication. An error was made on the lender end that created much undue stress. No one was willing to take responsibility and rectify the issue issue quickly. Received conflicting messages as we approached closing with no clear answers as to why.

I had a less-than-satisfactory experience with Nicole. There were significant delays in processing my application and a lack of clear communication throughout the process. This led to unnecessary stress and frustration. I hope she can improve in these areas for future clients.

There was a period of time during our refinance process where Tom put our file to the side because we were a complicated case. He didn't inform us that he had run into an issue and just left us hanging waiting to hear from him. I understand that our situation was different but we are adults and would rather be informed of the issues rather than be ignored because our case was difficult.
